MetLife Beneficiary Info
If you need to update your MetLife beneficiary info you can now download the update form through the "Your Track To Health" site using the link we have provided. Go to the Life section under "Explore Your Benefits" and find the form under "Railroad National Plan".
The form must be returned by mail or fax.
You can call MetLife @ 1-800-357-4482 or contact your Local Officers or Executive Board members if you have any questions.
